Sleeping Bear was born in 2012 out of a desire to help improve the Chicago housing market. We proudly turn formerly vacant and distressed apartment buildings into high quality rentals. And we do it all while keeping the rent affordable for our residents.
Who We Are: We are a team of rental housing and investment experts with a true love for Chicago. We focus on improving the housing options across the south and west sides of the city so that we can benefit our residents and the local communities.
What We Do: We act as a key source of support for renters as they navigate the Chicago housing market. We provide safe, clean, and high quality housing to our customers.
Our Mission: Our mission is to create the highest quality multi-family housing in the neighborhoods we serve, and then to help residents enjoy their homes.
